St. Augustine Realty is a real estate agency founded in 1956 and is located in historic downtown St. Augustine. As a local realty office, they house around 10 agents with a focus of providing their clients with the best, local knowledge. 

Elevated was contracted to design a new website through WordPress. The site had several unique requirements for their real estate needs., the main being their IDX integration. Elevated connected the IDX to the website and ensured it matched with the established branding. Since the realty office provides a service to the public, Elevated created an accessibility statement and worked to make the website ADA compliant. The addition of the UserWay plugin helped to ensure then compliance.

Elevated was also contracted for social media execution services. In order to ensure success, Elevated revamped SAR's Facebook profile and created additional profiles for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Working closely with the realtor, Elevated worked to publish timely updates regarding new listings and closings.

Elevated continues to provide these services. These services include market research, content creation, scheduling, monitoring, design, and reporting.
